    This 8 week program is designed for athletes who can complete bar muscle ups, but struggle with consistency, linking, or common faults like high toes, poor rhythm, or lack of efficiency.


    You’ll revisit the fundamentals, build strength in key positions, and improve timing, turnover, and body awareness. If your reps feel hit-or-miss, or you’re stuck and not progressing, this program is for you.


    What to Expect

    ✓ Movement specific mobility and activation

    ✓ Video demonstrations and written instructions

  • Pull up bar
    Box or band for assistance
    Plates or parallettes
    Range of dumbbells or kettlebells

  • ✓ 1 Bar Muscle Up (even if inconsistent) 

    ✓ Understanding of basic hollow/arch shapes 

    ✓ Willingness to go back to basics and rebuild from the ground up
